Career Assessments are provided to assist clients in determining appropriate career goals at this time in their lives. A battery of tests are administered and interpreted for the client, with an emphasis on interest testing. Results provide the client with realistic career options that match their professional skills and abilities with interests.

In these assessments, the individual completes work tasks in one or more competitive employment environments in the community. The nature, duration and location of the assessments are determined by the individual’s unique skills, limitations and potential obstacles. Situational assessments help Job Coaches and Vocational Counselors determine individuals’ preferences for particular job sites, as well as the specific types and level of supports necessary.
