Adair Jensen SmithAdair Jensen Smith
Manager / Vocational Counselor

What makes me get up and go to work in the morning is…
I enjoy my job. Every day is different and every day I get to help someone get a step closer to reaching their goal of becoming independent.

My most inspirational client is…
A young gentleman who is supporting his whole family – mom, brother and himself – on a meager $8 per hour. He is parenting the parent and is still able to hold himself together, show up for work, and do a great job at work.

My proudest professional achievement is …
Supported employment provider of the year.

The best insight I have gained from a client is…
Take it one day at a time.
