Chris LavachChris Lavach
Vice President / Director of Community Services

What makes me get up and go to work in the morning is…
Knowing that I am truly needed for so many individuals to achieve their goals.

The way I feel about the work I do is…
Like I am making a difference in people’s lives.

My most inspirational client is…
A person that overcame physical/psychological/social barriers to be successful in working in a job that allowed them to give back to other people with disabilities.

The best insight I have gained from a client is…
To never underestimate someone’s abilities who is given the proper motivation.
