My proudest professional achievement is…..
Attaining my degree in Business Management/Human Resources Management because I feel that I proved my philosophy that anything worth hard work is attainable.

I consider the day a success if….
I have completed my “internal list” of items to finish and left my “imprint” on someone’s life in a positive way.

Outside the office you will find me….
Working on my home improvements and attempting to do most of them myself….or with a helper… or with a helper while I attempt to help :)

One modern piece of technology I cannot live without….
My cell phone.  Yes, I am one of those people.

The best insight I have gained from someone I have known personally who has a disability….
That it’s not about “who you are” or “what you are” in today’s society, but how much you enjoy your life each day.

Three words I use to describe myself…..
Goal oriented……reliable…..driven

The most important thing I keep on my desk is…..
Pictures of my support: family and friends.  They are who make it all worthwhile in life.

Dawn joined The Choice Group in 2011, bringing with her a diverse work history in the fields of administration, customer service, and human resources. This experience gives her the ability to apply critical thinking, interpersonal skills, and problem solving to a wide range of scenarios. Her knowledge of human resource policies and procedures, and ability to help our clients successfully navigate employers’ application and interview process make her a valuable asset to our team.

Education and Certification

Dawn earned a Bachelor of Business Administration from James Madison University.
