Chris McElfresh Robin Metcalf
President

What makes me get up and go to work each morning is…
Loving the work I do and knowing the most committed individuals work for The Choice Group and share our mission and values.

My most inspirational client is…
An individual who sustained a brain injury and through no fault of his own became a quadriplegic. He was still motivated to be the very most he could be…

My proudest professional achievement is …
Building The Choice Group into the organization it is today.

One piece of technology I can’t live without is…
My laptop.

My first job was…
Working at “Dairy Treat Drive-In” waiting tables, making cheese steaks and serving soft serve ice cream.

The best insight I have gained from a client is…
Life is a gift, treasure every moment.

The toughest challenge I have had to face is…
Going about my business after my house burned down and my dog died.

The most important thing on my desk right now is…
My “Laugh” rock.
