Our staff serve clients and students with disabilities throughout Virginia. Our programs provide support for individuals with varying abilities in finding and maintaining successful, integrated employment in the community.

Requirements:

​

  • We are looking for dedicated human services professionals to be self-starters with great time management skills. This is a community-based position, so ideal candidates will have a valid driver’s license, dependable transportation, a good driving record, and documentation of adequate auto insurance.

  • Prefers at least a Master’s degree in a related field plus 1 year of related experience, a Bachelor’s degree in a related field plus 2 years of related experience, an Associate’s degree (or equivalent credits) in a related field plus 4 years of experience, or a high school diploma and 10 years of related experience.

  • Related field or experience is defined as: Rehabilitation Counseling, Social Work, Special Education, Vocational Rehabilitation, Psychology, Sociology, Counseling, Psychiatric Rehabilitation, Human Services, or other education or work with individuals with varying disabilities that is determined to be equivalent.
