​Therapeutic Behavioral Services (TBS) assist individuals with behaviors that interfere with success at work, home, educational settings and the community. A variety of personalized behavior support services are provided by Board-Certified Behavior Analysts to address a range of needs from complex behavioral challenges to consultative interventions. After identifying the behaviors of concern, a Functional Behavior Assessment (FBA) is conducted to inform the development of an effective Behavior Support Plan (BSP). The BSP leverages the client’s strengths to teach and promote the use of appropriate and acceptable replacement behaviors. Continuous data collection and analysis are used to evaluate progress and guide program adjustments.
